Strictly Limited:
Led by Michael Rantissi and the crew at Pink Salt Restaurant in Double Bay the course is limited to eight students at a time.
Only students that have completed Let's Cook, She Cooks or He Cooks Lesson 1 are eligible to start.
Developing Skills:
This is a rare opportunity to work in a fully functioning commercial kitchen, with all the pressures and rewards that come from cooking in a team for paying customers!
Each lesson is to be held on Monday nights, 6.30pm – 9.30pm, with an emphasis on building on knife, pan, timing and presentation skills.
The course culminates in the team preparing, cooking and presenting a wonderful five course meal side by side with the professional team from Pink Salt.
On the final night, students will be allocated by chef to either; Garnish, Cold Entrée, Dessert (Pastry), Grill or Finishing sections as he judges from the performance of the students during the course.

Professional Cooking For Family and Friends:
The guests on the night are nine friends and/or family of each student.
For this ultimate lesson, the students start at 4.30pm, with guests arriving 6pm for 6.30pm. This will cost each attendee only $65.
Looking Good!
The students will join the guests at dessert to enjoy the kudos and get their accolades and awards from chef.
